If you are seeking expert guidance to navigate to a better career opportunity as a mid-level or established professional career seeker, the Quantum LeapTM PROFESSIONAL Program is designed for you. You can leverage its strategies and process for proactive (confidential) career changes when employed or more traditional career changes when unemployed. Your ROI, as with the executive program, is obtained from accelerating your results, increasing your opportunities for more income, and reducing your stress about the future. This is a fixed rate program with up to four months of support and is a match for annual income earners below $150-175K. Specific services (or quantities of services) NOT included in a professional program are identified in the detailed list below with *asterisks.

While the executive and professional programs are the best fit for clients wanting integrated, comprehensive strategies combined with ongoing personalized support, Quantum LeapTM Custom Programs are for clients who only want bits and pieces of these programs and no (four or six month) ongoing expert guidance and support. Examples would include (1) an assessment to determine desirable alternative career/job/entrepreneurial options, (2) strategies for changing industries, and (3) help with one or two specific areas of need such as enhanced resumes, strategic networking, or interviewing skills. The scope of work is clearly defined in a customized written agreement to set mutual expectations. Not all services are available in a custom program.

His approach is not strictly coaching or consulting, but rather a combination of coaching, consulting, and training/learning techniques that evolve as needed throughout ongoing confidential sessions and are reinforced through mutually-established accountability. Also incorporated are industry insights, reference materials, worksheets, personalized techniques, and even specific details such as phrasing/wording of critical communications that improve your effectiveness in delivering your messages in specific scenarios.

You won’t find this holistic methodology in low budget executive outplacement programs delivered by $30/hour career coaches or with specialized career resources who are by definition limited to areas such as resume writing, LinkedIn profile enhancement, online job search strategies (yuck), etc.
